What is MELQO?

MELQO was initiated to help make measurement easier.  Working across a group of experts and organizations, we developed tools that represent a core of items used in many other assessments, to build a feasible and scientifically-grounded set of measures for low- and middle-income countries. The Measuring Early Learning Quality and Outcomes (MELQO) Project is a set of modules that measures child development and learning, and quality of learning environments for children in pre-primary schools.
